To be rich...Oh how I wish I was rich! I would pay to have someone pack up my house, sell it and move us to Louisiana. But...since we are not we have to do it ourselves, darn it! This weekend was a crazy one!!! We left on Friday night and got into Houston around 12:30pm, went to bed and woke up the next morning at 7:30am and that's when the fun began. Saturday was a day of packing, loading, fighting with uhaul, small fix-er-uppers and CRAZINESS!!! I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone at this point because we had the worst experience this past weekend. To sum it up Chance had to pick the Uhaul trailer up in the middle of a field in Richmond, need I say more... In the midst of all of that around 4pm Chance was yelling at me to get into the shower so that we could go down the road to Jason Bibb's engagement party/30Th birthday party! Thank good it was just up the street because if it had not been I am really not sure we would have made it, it was that wild! At 4:30 I jump in the shower finally and get dressed. At 5pm we left the house and returned home a couple of hours later to continue working. To bad the real fun only lasted a short period of time! I stayed up until about midnight and than work up again at 6:30am to begin all over again! And after all of that we are still NOT FINISHED!!! I know we should have started earlier this year, Bernard, but we didn't so we are suffering for it now! I want to thank my Dad, Mom, Brandi, Kenny, Philip and Michelle for all of the help this weekend! Without you all I think I would have gone insane!!! We did miss one party I would have liked to have gone to which was Caitlynn's first birthday (Natalie's daughter). So sorry sweet baby that we missed your party and we hope you had the best first birthday ever!!! We are coming back for another fun weekend this weekend and please pray that we get it completed and ready for sale!!! Wish us luck!!! Lots of love!!!

A lot has been goin on in our lives! First off last week we started potty training Makenzie! I had a feeling it was going to be tough and call for lots of patience but good lord! I think that Makenzie is one of those children who is too busy to go to the potty! She does well without the pullup but I think she holds it until I make her go potty because she is too busy doing something else! Besides the constant reminding she is doing really well!!!! This past week we pretty much hung out at the house because of the whole potty training thing and it was nice I must say, the girls and I had a good time! I didn't realize how much I enjoy watching Oprah and Dr. Phil! At the end of the week Kenzie and Whitney's cousins came over and brought a slip n slide. The girls had a blast and Whitney enjoyed drinking the water more than playing in it! Go Figure! Daddy also helped me give the girls a bath and decided to give them bubble mustaches and go-t's! It was so funny because as the bubbles started to drip it almost look like the go-t's were growing!!! Fun times!

Gone Fishing!!! This weekend my brother and his awesome little family came down to the country for a visit and some fishin!!!! Someone most have told the fish that we were coming because none were biting!!! Although this was Trevor's first time in a boat and he happened to be the only one who caught a fish (picture below). With such skill he may turn out to be a professional fisherman!!!! The girls found it cool to move around in the boat and at the end of the day, around 6:30 Whitney fell asleep...not in her bed but in her high chair! She had a great time!
It has been forever since my brother and I have hung out like that and I loved it! I will remember these moments forever! Living here is certainly changing our lives!
This past week we had a blast! We hung out at home, played at our cousins house and played in the monster slide/pool!!! Kenzie and Whitney loved it! Kenzie would climb up the side and slide down the slide into the water and laugh! Whitney since she is still small could not do all that so she attempted to climb up the side but was caught by me! So she decided she would just play in the pool area!!! Good idea! We had a great time, can you tell?
